管狀電加熱器元件價格日常保養
1、加熱器運轉一段時間后(根據用戶使用情況),應擰下點火塞清理積碳,如點火塞絲燒斷,應拆下更換新的點火塞。
2、如果積碳太多,引起熱效率降低時,應清理水套內壁散熱片及燃燒室內的積碳。
3、如果發現加熱器主機進氣管排氣管和滴油管被泥土堵塞時,請及時清理、疏通。請保持加熱器艙體內清潔,周圍嚴禁放置易燃雜物。
4、保證油箱、油管及濾油電磁閥清潔,防止污物堵塞油路。
5、加熱器循環系統中應使用與外界環境溫度相適應的防凍液作為循環加熱介質。
6、加熱器水泵應根據用戶使用情況,定期檢查,如果發現起密封作用的水封部件漏水,或水泵啟動運轉困難等故障,應及時檢修。
7、加熱器主機上的自動控制盒、濾油電磁飯及其它電器元件均按一般低壓電器維護方法進行維護,自動控制盒各性能參數在出廠前均經廠家認真調試,用戶切勿擅自改動。
8、保證熱控件總之狀態良好,定期檢查,如發現微動開關失靈或損壞,請及時更換。
9、加熱器多使用的主電機,正常情況下,使用5000小時不需要維修,如因使用時間過長或其它原因造成工作不正常時,應予以檢修,檢查碳刷磨損或軸承潤滑情況,必要時請添加潤滑脂或更換碳刷。
10、在溫暖季節不使用加熱器期間,請定期啟動4——5次,每次運行約5分鐘,確保加熱器在下次使用時運轉正常
